No, there are no drainage holes. But if you have an awl or an icepick you could easily poke some in the bottom. It is made of soft, rubbery plastic--not the hard, shattering type.

What size garbage bags will fit this?

You don't absolutely need a bag unless you plan on using it for something besides recyclables. In any case, if you are going to use garbage bags, I'd most likely try to use 30 or 33 gallon trash bags because the bin is pretty big & bulky.

What are the exact dimensions-I have a space limit where I need to put it?

18-Gallon bin is 26"L x 16"W x 15"H and the 14-Gallon version is 21"L x 16"W x 15"H (5" different than the 18-Gallon bin).
