How to detach the top handle

The handle didn't stay attached on the one I received.

How to detach above handle ? One it is fixed it's not coming out.

After assembly, the handle isn't detachable. I've stored it accordingly.

It has sounds similar to a vacuum n there are balls that swirl around like a hurricand inside as it makes the vaccum sound
