did not realize that we needed to replace the rollers every year as the scanner is not used excessively. We installed the rollers and the scanner works as good as new.

Easy to understand instructions, replacement time less than 5 minutes. Well worth the money!

I have been using Fujitsu scanners since 2005 and change rollers every year. This was my first change for my Fi-7160 and the paper is not feeding. It keep taking multiple pages and I have removed and reinstalled rollers. It appears I have some defective rollers.

I tried the cheap knock-off parts already, which work well if you are scanning traditional type paper. But if you are scanning more challenging material like glossy paper, you need top quality replacement parts. If the wheels start making mistakes (pulling multiple pages, or no pages at all), they need cleaning or replacement.

If your scanner is 5 years old the wheels get hard and fail to grab the pages. This fixes that problem.

Unfortunately, I am just the supply officer so I did not have direct contact with the scanner that the parts went to. I have not heard any complaints so I assume that it is working well. The parts were easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. I would order these parts again.
