Huge Set of Bags
Bags provide a ton of storage over all, with lots of pockets, amazing after having pannier bags with the one big pocket. Very simple mounting, the straps hold it all down really well. The straps wrap below the sides of the rack mounts, where mine has a Y-shape that catches the strap just right.Looking forward to using it to do more than shopping. Note that it does not seem designed to use the parts (top bag and side bags) separately without some modification, as the rack clips are simple hanging type and bounce off my rack on city streets. They are metal which seems better than the plastic ones on others, but the strap at the bottom of the pannier, rather than a hook, requires more effort at mounting and un-mounting. So this is not an ideal bag if frequent removal is desired.Who knew that the latching of bike bags is such an issue. After my Ortliebs gave up way prematurely, I looked around at other options. Ortlieb's latch, often copied, works really well. Only after seeing the other options do I appreciate it's simplicity. Those other bags broke pretty quickly and the company pretty much ignored me, only suggesting the use of some kind of specialty fabric to repair them.Anyway, these bags are all black and have lots of pockets and attachment options without looking too juvenile. The clips are good quality and the connectors allow for different capacities, keeping it all tight to the rack. Feels better than two big panniers alone. The middle bag is a good backpack by itself, with upper zipped panel as well as bottom access. Seems perfect for a long bike road trip, and I hope to get to use it to it's full potential soon!

Good bags for bicycle commuting
This set of panniers is being used on a road bike with a Topeak Super Tourist DX rack for disk breaks. I commute 10 miles round trip daily to work and need waterproof bags with double pull zippers which I can lock. The material and zippers appear to be waterproof but they haven't been tested yet due to the lack of rain here. The bags mount easily on the rack with the two metal clips which can be bent to secure to the rack. A simple strap/click secures the bag to the lower part of the rack. I haven't used the top bag (backpack) yet - I'll only us it when I need to haul a lot of stuff such as groceries. The capacity of the panniers could be a bit larger but they are sufficient for a small backpack which I carry with me to and from work. The black material gets hot in the sun but it will be a benefit during the winter months. I'm not sure how the material will hold up in sub-freezing weather with snow, ice and road salt. All panniers should be designed so you can lock them securely to your bike to discourage theft. The only practical way to lock these panniers to the rack is to run a small diameter cable through a zipper pull and/or bend the metal mounting hooks tightly around the rack - both of which I've done. The zippers sometimes get snagged when closing/opening (like most zippers) but it is manageable. Overall, this product has met my expectations and I hope it is durable enough to make it through years of daily use.Update (1/21/20) - After only 5 months of (daily) use for commuting, both main zippers failed (split apart) and the teeth are so bent it cannot be repaired. Also, the stitching unraveled over time so the smaller side pockets began to fall off the main compartment bag. One rivet popped off the backing so the front of the bag began sagging. Disappointed in the quality and durability. I recommend avoiding this product. The bags were in such poor condition and beyond repair, so I just threw them in the trash. Changed rating from 4 stars to 2. Good design but very poor quality.

Zero percent waterproof as noted in original listing, but nice bag set for the money
Waterproof material, possibly. Waterproof bags, not even a little bit. Even with the included rain cover installed, everything I had in all three bags were soaked after a four hour ride in the rain. All I can figure are the seams are not sealed, and the rain cover is not waterproof at all. Within a few minutes of the rain starting, I could see water under the rain cover. The concept of the three bags that work good together, was convenient. Plenty room for all my camping gear for a week ride, but the fact that it is advertised as being waterproof and is not, makes this misleading advertising. For that reason, it’s a one star. If you don’t need waterproof, then this is a four star bag set.Update: 11/8/2019Working with seller. Very responsive. Got refund for bag because I needed waterproof. They changed product description to remove "Fully Waterproof", since that was misleading. So, for that reason I will mark the bag as a 4 star. But keep in mind it is not waterproof.

Super cool versatile design
I bought this 3 in 1 multi-functional bike rear pannier bag for my upcoming Taiwan tour. It is far better than my previous bag. I really like this versatile design. It can be used as a single side shoulder bag, a double side shoulder bags, plus added backpack. All bags can be interlocked, but also can be used independently on bike or as shoulder/backpack bags. Very cleaver design. It has high capacity and waterproof, very good for bikepacking

Fasteners on the back are a bit lengthy with no means to keep it tight
The only downside is the clips that go behid the panniers attaching right infront of the wheels themselves.Im hoping a day doesn't come when ill have it be sucked into the spokes and send me crashing on my bike. The clip fasteners seem to have no tightening mechanism rather it's really loosely hanging at a length not to long but just might with my ebike get sucked into the spoke while riding full throttle at 20 mph. I give it a 20 in 100th of a chance of doing it.October 24 - review update:The zipper pulls all except 2 have broken off. Poorly made, even the bike shop agrees. The pulls are not made of full tang metal, it breaks off at the tip where it is layerd with plastic whatever it is.Next, the zipper on one of the main compartments just came undone while out and about and had to ride 6 miles home risking loss on the highway.Of course, warranty for exchange just ended last month showing its an expectancy.
