Because of my disability I sit in the shower and the basic shower head that was originally installed would never completely cover me in water.This shower head is bigger than a standard one , which in my case is only a plus point since I’m now getting completely covered by it, but at the same time it’s still perfectly usable as handheld.It has 6 different stances from hard massage to soft mist like.Which is great, my husband and son LOVE the mist stance. While I prefer something more in the middle plus the hard massage for my painful muscles.It was definitely worth it’s money and we’re planning to order another one for the second bathroom.If you’re looking for a new shower head, you can stop looking, from pressure massage to handheld rain shower, it has it all.Ps.: I attached a video so you could see the different modes

This shower head does nothing for water pressure. Positive reviews are likely swayed by the fact that the product comes with a leaflet saying you get £10 back if you leave a review. That means this is a £10 shower head at best, so its unsurprising that it isn't very good, because it's obviously cheap rubbish. Buy something else.

This shower head is easy to install. The water comes out of the shower head really fast like a power shower. All the modes work excellent. The quality is great, fully corresponds to the description. Worth to buy!

This shower head was initially great. Definitely increased the pressure and the different spray patterns provided a good choice.However, after one month of using it, the switch to alter the spray patterns has broken and it can't be changed.

I would say this product lasted about 24hours before it broke. It leaks water from the side and the switch that changes the settings broke after 1 day. Has the potential to be a good product, but honestly, I've had chewing gum that lasted longer.

We have been suffering mediocre temperature and low pressure showering for a while due to a failing thermostatic shower tap. We recently changed the main bath taps to a set with a shower attachment so we got a hose extension which meant we could have hot showers again, although the pressure was still mediocre.Getting this head now means we have a wide rain type shower, a smaller needle jet type shower and other types, although we only will use the wide one or the intense one. Switching between is easy via a little lever on the bottom of the shower head.Before buying, I was dubious about the claim that it increases shower power but after trying it I can confirm that we now have strong jets of water from our relatively low water pressure shower on the needle setting and a decent amount of water in a wide spray from the rain setting.Time will tell whether it remains as effective as it is now of course.
