Q: No instructions with it, can anyone explain how it closes up to be water tight, it is an open bag with no seals and no way that I can see to close it

twist the cap that you use to blow it up. fold the top over itself a couple of times and clip together. this is then watertight.

Q: How do you attach the belt to the handle?

There's a loop in the handle that you pass the belt though and fasten to yourself. Hendle length adjustable too.

Q: What is the maximum length of waist strap please?

It comes with 2 straps. You can wear them as a waist strap with extension strap so the buoy is about 1 foot away from your waist or you can wear the buoy from your wrist or ankle which extends about 1 foot away.

Q: How are these for sea swimming? I hear there are different buoys for different types of swimming, lakes. But how are they for sea swimming? Durability

I use mine in the sea and all good. I didn't know there were different bouys. Go for it and enjoy!
