Codonopsis Root Combination, Shenling Baizhu (150 Tablets)

I have taken this product to strengthen my stomach and tone my spleen. I took 5 pills on empty stomach 3 times a day for about 3-4 months. I felt amazing with a full recovery. Now I will take 5 pills a day when I feel I need a tune up. I always have these pills in my cabinet.....for that "just in case moment." It also gives me more energy through out the day too.

I cannot tell if this is of benefit to me or not, so I have quit taking them.

Good stuff..ready to buy more, would recommend to anyone who has swelling issues, bowel problems and just want to feel better
