Product is very good but 1 pack was bad
Hi,Impressed with the quality of the product I had ordered 4 more packs as I needed more. After laminating a150 year old document, it came out beautiful.However 1 pack was not satisfactory, in fact very disappointing. Firstly there were just 96 sheets in them and then some 12 sheets had a black mark on them. I could not even return it because I found this after 50 sheets, which meant I had already used 50 sheets before I encountered this problem. I can share the photos of it with you. Tell me how I can do it.How can you compensate me for it?

Last time I buy this product quality is good, but now the quality is poor don't buy laminate sheet will burn if we do laminate at 100degree temp.
