I LIKE aLaMiel Bee Complex (Royal jelly, Propolis, Honey) Blend!! Grade: B! **
As far as Jelly-Propolis blends go, the 'aLaMiel-Complex' is by far, the very best one available!Pros and ConsConsOnly one real complaint...Even though I went ahead and had it shipped second day air, it was not-packed with cold-ship/ice-bags, therefore was NOT frozen as promised in the original shipping details...ProsAs far as blends go, the ingredients are of very high quality (and contained no dead-bee parts that I could see at least-- a serious problem that some of the other brands have not seemed to try to address in the filtering-out-portion of the overall harvesting process, so it was a relief and quite a pleasant surprise).It was reasonably priced, (on-sale for $30 bucks), unlike some of the other blends, which overcharge for jelly-blends, but anything that is a blend of royal jelly-and-something else as filler or base ingredients, should NEVER exceed the $25-$35 dollar range).While researchers have noted that adults over the age of 45 really should invest in pure royal jelly (ranges about $85-$125 per ounce) as a dietary supplement due to the remarkable health benefits, however, all mature persons, below the age of 40 can really benefit from a jelly-propolis-raw honey Blend, without worrying about the need of the more expensive pure royal jelly supplementation before age 45.Important Tip: Stir Well at room temperature with a sturdy plastic, wooden or silicone spoon or stirrer before EACH use to ensure product will be thoroughly blended to avoid risk of ending up with a glob of plain raw honey on the bottom half of due to product separation (although it may have to due with how the ingredients are bottled during harvesting -- in the jarring process)...To Use: Boil or microwave water and set aside to cool to warm (too hot water will kill the nutrients). The water should only be just warm enough to dissolve the honey with stirring, but not hot... When the water is touchably warm, scoop with a plastic or silicone spoon (do NOT use metal-- it deactivates/neutralizes the nutritive and healing properties of the blend) and dissolve 1 tbsp of aLamiel Bee Complex or any Raw Honey in 1/4 cup of in warm water and drink as a shot.Definitely a must have for health-conscious adults (ok for vegetarians, but not vegan).Our grade: a solid B; or 4.125-Stars!
