I love how the size is for both chain and key. I cant get it to close but its do to only using one hand. Its perfect

The bracelet breaks off repeatedly, and the clasp isn't a functional lock. It's cute, but not practical unless you use glue to permanently close the clasp.

Got this as a day collar for my husband. Lock was a little hard to close at first, but I got the hang of it.

The one I bought was the sliver more thick bracelet and key. The bracelet is more masculine and couldn’t fit on my gf with smaller wrists. I now wear the bracelet oppose to the necklace

I am giving a 2 because while the set is made of decent material, if you give the key to your partner 1) it is AWFUL AND PAINFUL getting off. it left bruising on my arm and taking scissors (dangerous) and attempting to do this one handed as well as asking someone else for help, nothing broke through to get it off. I am truly grateful to the man above Bc after over an hour of denting my wrist, purple pinch bruises and regular bruising, I was finally able to pop the lock, which entailed sheer concentration Bc it isn’t a popable lock! I had to go over and out with my non dominant (left) hand and a steak knife ......2) the bracelet is not made for a man or even a teenage boy’s wrist. The bone structure of let’s say American males (as that is what I am to compare) is NOT the same as an Asian males wrist, where this is presumably manufactured. The bracelet is TO SMALL. I hesitated clasping it (which took forever as previous commenters said as you have to literally SHOVE and line perfectly in order for it to close. And “clasp” isn’t even the right word..it takes forever to close and there is no “snap” or “pop” as one would expect....it is more like a “wait is it in? Is it going to stay? Where was the click? “ type deal...They advertise to give to significant other.....but when you do, and your significant other goes out of state and your circulation is being cut after 24 hours of dumbness(use) and you MUST get that thing OFF -BUT PARTNER HAS THE 🔑 KEY 🔐 THEN WHAT DO YOU DO!!!!???? Horrible advertising!!!!

Product looks nice, key doesn't work, clasp doesn't move on one side. Minor machining defects as well, might be why clasp isn't working

Trying to put it on to lock it has a hard time to click in and you could pull it off without unlocking we have figured it out but we finally got it to work. Great gift tho

The bracelet cannot be opened! The key doesn’t work to open and there seems to be no there way to open. I’ll be returning it. Very disappointed.
