Silicone is great for resisting stain and heat, and easy to clean. Fits in my air-fryer, so I use it to air-fry veggies, chicken, etc.

This dish is perfect for baking and air fryer. It wipes clean and it holds up. Sturdy when pulled from the oven and no fear of soft collapsing. Nachos, frito pie, chili fries. I have had all of the above in air fryer. Chips crispy, cheese melted. Mmm. This is a life changer in amazing meals.

Better size than I first thought... 1/3 c if completely full but effectively 1/4 c probably since they will overflow when cooking otherwise. The lids just essentially lay on top, ie they don't seal. Good for cooking when stacking but not really for storing food. Did leave white marks (like hard water marks) on the bottom of my pan but it seems like this might be the instapot pan because I've had this happen cooking other things.

At almost $24.00 I was a little hesitant to buy this set, especially because all I really wanted was the baking dish. Well, after using all three pieces inside my Fagor 6L stovetop pressure cooker I can say the steamer basket and "egg" rack are with the price alone! I haven't cooked eggs with this rack, however, it works perfectly for lifting the baking dish up out of the pot as well as a platform for larger pieces of food that need to be cooked above the liquid to steam - such as acorn and other winter squash. The steamer basket was also the best surprise, and now my favorite piece of this set. It is approximately 2-1/2" deep, with four 1" legs and two 5"x4" floppy handles that make lifting out a hot pot much easier than a metal steamer. The silicone is stiff enough to maintain its shape but it also cradles the food as you lift and the handles act as an extended containment barrier as well. My 6L PC is not overly large but I was able to nest 2 halves of a large acorn squash along with 4 halves of smaller honeynut squash (in their shells) atop and around each other enough to just close the lid. Four minutes at 15psi, rapid cool to depressurize and I was able to lift the entire basket without spilling anything over the sides. The meat literally fell out of the honeynut shells!I haven't used the baking dish (which was the primary reason for purchasing this set in the first place) enough to offer a good opinion. I will probably use it for more conventional baking rather than pressure cooking. It is unfortunately not useable in a microwave due to a metal band being inserted at the rim, assumedly to provide stiffness. All of the pieces are thick enough to hold their shape as is, the baking dish even more so because the side are 90 degrees to the bottom and would, I think, hold that shape regardless.All in all a nice set.

I have used the egg holder multiple times and the steamer as well. All pieces appear sturdy and are a perfect fit for my Fagor Lux 8 Qt. pressure cooker. Very happy with the pieces.

I have no problems getting egg bites out - no sticking, easy to clean, and food cooks well.

I have no complaints at all with these items. They are sturdy and easy to clean.
