does this work on jeans/ trouser stain?

Hello there, Unfortunately this product is only suitable for leather, it isn't recommended that it is used on fabric or denim. Will they remove transfer of colour from a imitation black leather skirt onto a cream leather sofa

Yes they will. My son wore new jeans and it transferred the dye from them on to a grey leather sofa. Use plenty of elbow grease in small circular Motions. Highly recommend these wipes.

Are these wipes any good for white leather chairs

The are good but you need to be careful, as it can remove some of the leather, removes ink

Is this safe to use on cream car leather to get biro pen out?

As long as the leather on the car interior is a full-finish type of leather, then these should be fine to use. Just test them in a hidden area first to make sure you're happy with the results. Please note that the wipes are not suitable for use on suede, nubuck, aniline or semi aniline leathers.
