I know some people have issues with the hook. I do not. I use GOODMANNER KF94 masks and the elastic on them fits through the adjuster. Put the hook all the way through the adjuster. Put your finger into the elastic to pull the end of it taught and then hook the taught end and pull it through.EZ PZ. can be use over and over. when a mask is tossed (I use only disposable KF94s now - wear them 5 times only (and after keeping them in a paper bag for 5 days after each use), I toss after the 5th wearing. BUT remove the rubber adjusters and put them on a new mask.

This product actually works well with all my son's laundered masks. We tend to loose the adjusters in the wash. The hook that came with it was something to get used to but if you crochet it should come easy

The product itself was great, but the tool given in the package wasn’t that good (for me at least). But I used an amazing tool I got here on Amazon called a loop turner (Hoyols Drawstring threader 7 pc set for $6.99.)

I have corrected my original review when I found the product worked very well.

The cord locks were fine, but the crochet hook is a metal hook with a plastic handle. The handle pulled off after about 3 uses due to the pressure required to get the maks loop through the bead.

I like the idea, but was hoping to slide on the pieces. Didn’t understand the crochet needle.

This kit was a little more expensive than others but includes the required installation tool. Do NOT misplace the tool. It works every time to string the rubber pieces and create a comfortable and reliable method to adjust the eat bands on Adidas masks. Waits for you to readjust -- does not loosen arbitrarily.

These serve the purpose for masks that are too big I wear a throw away and some of the masks loops are to big & now wearing 2 masks this corrects the problem Not everyone’s ears our located in the same place... definitely would recommend !
