Third time I have bought this. Easy to take with my other routine pills. It is yellowish clear and small compared to other pills. There is no smell or taste to it and I feel like it has improved my hair and skin a lot since taking it. Highly recommend this!

Healthier longer hair and nails in weeks
I have been taking these for almost two months now and I absolutely noticed a change in my nails and hair growth. As someone who has thyroid/Hashimoto’s my hair took a long time to grow back when I cut it and my nails are brittle so I started taking these biotin 10,000mg and my hair and nails are longer, thicker and healthier since taking them. Left outside
The product was fine; however, they left it outside a door that’s outside the building—not outside my apartment door. Therefore, anyone passing by could have stolen it. I think the driver should have left it at my door, at my apartment number, not outside a building entrance.

healthy hair nails and skin
in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit
