Very shocked at how this works. Its only day 4 for me and I have lost 3 pounds. Being as though I eat at 5am and then usually snack throughout the morning till lunch which I typically have at 11am this has worked. I take 2 pills with cereal in the morning and havent felt hungry or the need to snack. I have ate 2 bananas daily and a hand full of nuts. I havent had the need to eat dinner. I've only hydrated as my thirst increased. So far a thumbs up for me as it is working. I work out regularly 5xs week but wanted something to curb my snacking habits and sweet tooth for chocolate. A natural based product that works is a shocker for me and at this price I will buy more. Not planning on living on this but using it for a snack/chocolate detox start for 90 days. However, considering how I havent been eating much I may drop to 1 pill each morning. I do recommend that you try it all bodies aren't the same but maybe it will work for you to for your health goals. Self control will be the ultimate end goal for me but glad this is helping me to start better eating habits.

I'm so glad I found these pills. I have a sweet tooth and crave sweets all of the time, which has caused me to gain 15 pounds. With winter coming, I don't want to gain any more, so I figured I better get something to help. These work really well at curbing my sugar cravings. I've already lost 2 pounds in 3 weeks. This product does suppress appetite, but it also made me very bloated. I even gained weight when taking tis product. Not for me.

Unfortunately don’t feel any effect whatsoever from these pills. May as well be placebos.

I'm not being offered a free bottle to write this - and I really despise the companies that do this!! I started taking this 6 days ago....and I have been only taking one pill daily, not the recommended two. I haven't exercised since as I tend to eat more when I work out and I wanted to try this first. My appetite has decreased tremendously! I went to the dr's yesterday and was 6 pounds less than I was in December. So I weighed myself again this morning and yes, down 6 pounds!!! I usually stress eat throughout the day - if there are snacks at my desk, they are going in my belly! And I especially like chocolate in the afternoons.....so far this week, hardly any snacking and absolutely no sweets! I'm not even craving them!!!! I should mention that I'm in my mid to late 40's and have struggled with low energy due to thyroid issues. The amount of energy I have right now is amazing! I really hope to see more weight come off!
