Hot Toys1:6 Spider-Man Homemade Suit Version

Got mine through Maybang via Amazon and was an excellent experience. The figure itself is an Amazing Spider-man, man! LOL! Seriously a huge upgrade over the original release. Miss the Tom Holland, Peter Parker head sculpt the original had, but everything else is leaps and bounds over the original. First you get a 1/6 scale drone from Far from Home. Which is incredibly detailed and painted. It fits neatly on the stand with its own holder. The figure’s improvements are numerous. Starting with the feet with posable toes (sounds mundane but on a Spidey figure, it’s essential) the sweatshirt vest has a better logo application, and also where it zips it comes straight across the figure’s waist instead of coming to a downward V and the zipper is also better hidden. The head has a different fabric over it and it’s a brighter red, and to top it off the eyes are now magnetic so they switch out easier and aren’t plugs which over time could damage the material on the head of the original release. So I truly appreciate that Hot Toys didn’t just recycle a figure but actually improved an existing piece and made it better for a 2nd release. If you have the first one is it worth upgrading, personally for the improvements and that incredible drone I think so. If you don’t want 2 - sell the 1st release and use the funds from it to buy the 2nd release, you won’t regret it.

Wow, he is super poseable for a 1/6 figure. If you know anything about these, you know how hard and pretty much impossible it is to keep a figure of this scale and quality, in a dynamic pose. The material of the suit makes it so that, you can keep him in a dynamic pose without damaging the suit. He also comes with a pretty big drone which is awesome, I’ll figure out how to pose him with that later. Beautiful detail, and honestly worth the retail price of $264. Also, shout out to the seller Maybangs collectibles for getting him here in 1 day, even though I was supposed to wait 5. Awesome, please get this.

The figure was in great shape as well as the art box.

This was a treat my son saved up to buy. The product itself was excellent in craftsmanship and detail; however, one of the ankle joints was too loose upon opening the package, and the foot would just pop off. For this reason we had to return it, but the seller was fantastic about taking it back and refunding the money. Now to find another...

I thought it was real, and at times a-little scary etc. Man, I remember he man, I thought his abs were pretty sweet.
