Discussed issue with DJI who suggested that should be safe but camera costly and believe equipment needs repair. Hoping for resolution very soon.

The gimbal itself is a great piece of equipment, a definite must have! Gives absolute smoothness even with fast motion and handles my Canon 1DX M3 very well. The updates have added shortcuts for infinite spin and motor kill which are both huge for me.But... Watch out for two things.First, this listing contains every equipment from the Standard Kit EXCEPT the power adapter. I'm charging with my Oneplus charger and it's nearly as fast as original so didn't bother me much.Second, DO check ronin camera compatibility list (google) to see if usb connection works with your particular camera. In my case, it didn't with my Canon so the standard kit is wasted money.

Well I am a professional photographer and I can recommend to all of you who see my review.It is absolutely excellent.Before I buy the DJI Ronin s from amazon.i saw many said they don't get charger , guide books and focus motor.Actually we will not get charger for sure because they don't create our standard India bold pin plug.and you can find guide books inside the box and DJI dont give focus motor with the gimbal you need to buy it separately.And I am happy to get a very good product from Amazon.

A great product to buy for the video lovers who wish to shoot cinematic. The weight could have been a little less heavier than it is. The bad thing about the product is it's support to the camera's are very less. The most famous D750 can only be balanced manually and no support for the camera till date. Well, overall a nice buy I will say.
