This product is good for hair and nail growth. I’ve been taking it for many years and it really works. I was introduced to it by a Georgia Tech student.

I ordered this time the Biotin Extra strength 2500 MCG as my hair starting thinning and this is very for strenthing and also for skin too. I trust Nature Made brandI wish they still made and sold their Mega 2000 vitimins.

I believe this product has helped my hair become a little thicker. The pills are really small so they are easy to take.I would recommend trying this product if thinning hair is your issue. The price is right and I believe it's working.

I combine this with my Viviscal supplement for hair growth and it makes all the difference. There's also been a huge improvement with my nails. Nature Made's other vitamins have been effective, too. Noteworthy: this purple gelcap looks exactly the same as their other gelcap vitamins. Keep a close eye if you're taking more than one.
