Have been taking biotin for years - these are easy to swallow and the price is right!

I couldnt believe it. I have been having really bad hair loss throughout the day. The clump of hair i had to pick up on the floors, bathtub, and in the vacuum cleaner was a lot. After a month of taking a capsule a day, i could clearly see the difference. I dont see any fallout when i comb my hair with my hands. I see maybe 10 strands on the floor as compared to bundles. I clean roomba less these days and the bathtub clump is much much less too.i dont think i can live without this product ever again.and its cheap too so i can't argue with that

I got this because my nails were getting so flimsy they'd rip whenever I touched a pillow. Within a week or so, my nails were strong enough to lift things without breaking. The pills looks big and intimidating, but I find them easier to swallow than I thought they'd be!

Seems to be a good product at a very fair price. The pills are easy to swallow and I never have an after taste. I take this because I was having mild hair loss after weight loss surgery. I am no longer having any hair loss now that I take this daily.

I didn’t really care for this product because I don’t think that it works for me, but I gave it five stars because it was a great value and they were definitely easy to swallow, and I’ve taken Biotin before and I don’t think it has enough in this product for me.

My chemo dr. recommended Biotin as my hair is not coming in well after chemotherapy. Very sparse. I used to have very thick & fast growing hair. Now 6 months after chemo it is still sparse. I have been taking this brand for over 2 months and do not notice it helping my hair at all. My nails though are coming in very nicely. They turned black during the chemo and now are almost grown out. Don't know if time helped or the Bioton. I will use up what I have, which will give me several more months and will update at that time.

I don't know if it's better than others on the market. It is a bit thick and pricey but I guess it's a good product. Hasn't made me sick or anything bad. So yeah, good all around, just a bit hard to swallow it.
