Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover
I'm gonna be honest. I judged a book by it's cover. When I ordered this book, I was expecting a much thicker read. Not what I got. I started complaining about paying $65 for it...until I looked inside. Definitely worth $65. Step by step instructions. Covers everything you need to do in rehabbing. This book is now my spirit animal, and I'm more than confident I'll be successful in my rehabbing endeavors. Thank you to the author. I am grateful to you and your team.

Great book, page ordering was a problem
Received the book yesterday and while I really appreciate the depth of information shared, something is throwing me off. Was anybody else's chapters/sections set on shuffle? Here is how the book read:1. Phase 32. Phase 23. Phase 14. The Process5. Permits6. Introduction7. Phase 48. Phase 59. Construction ChecklistThe shuffling of the chapters makes it more difficult to follow along in the process. I didn't plan on 3 hole punching the pages to get the order. Furthermore there are no page numbers to assist with reordering the pages.Other than that, great book with really good information. I'm a Texas real estate investor and believe there are great lessons to learn within this books pages.
