The only bad thing is the glove portion can slip out but you can just pull it back under the metal

My left gauntlet was A okay except a little rust which doesn’t much bother me, my right gauntlet however had quite a bit of rust and the metal playing on two of the fingers was falling off and will have to be super glued back on. If you want these for props or costumes and don’t mind putting a little work into them they’re alright for the price!

It was designed for protection and is a strong gauge of steel. The only drawback i saw is there was minor rust underneath the metal where the gloves are, but that's an easy fix. It goes great with my armor and allows free finger protected motion.

Good quality steel. The plate coming off the knuckles would cave in a jaw. The leather gloves are solid too and good quality.

One gauntlet arrived disconnected. Maybe this could have happened during shipping, still disappointing to take it out of the box in this condition. The second gauntlet had a slice in the material. This could not have happened during shipping. The slice is horizontal to the metal, so I believe it happened during the construction of the gauntlet and the assembler/craftsman simply did not care. These were to be a gift and now that plan has to change.

The gauntlets were not assembled correctly. As a consequence, the rivets snapped as soon as I closed my left hand. At that point, the glove was completely separated from the back of the gauntlet.In the picture on the right, you can see that the top finger plate was riveted through the glove and the gauntlet back. This left too little material holding all 3 pieces. It also prevented the hand from closing easily. The correct way to assemble the gauntlets would have been to let the top finger plate have its own rivet through the glove. The gauntlet back should then have 4 rivets through the glove on the top of the knuckles.I am hoping to just repair these, but the right gauntlet glove leather is tearing.The manufacturer should really inspect the gauntlets more thoroughly before shipping.

The overall construction is good but my right glove came damaged the right pinky finger is torn and it would seem during construction someone placed a large and sharp piece of metal as a support for the outer plate on the joint of the ring finger, which basically makes the right glove unusable

Yes this is steel connected to welders gloves, but with the price I wasn't expecting them to be anything more. They are actually sturdier than I expected and made a great gift for my son. They are covered in an oil when you get them but that protects them. Easy to wipe off with some rubbing alcohol.

Two of the finger plates tend to move weird, they go sideways, but those can be fixed eventually. The overall gauntlets are good. They flex backwards, not really forewards, but oh well. The gloves aren't terribly comfortable if you have large hands like I do, but they'll do until I can figure out something else. They aren't as pretty as the picture, but they will do. There is some rusting on the underside of the plates, so these are definately mild steel, and should be cleaned and coated in some sort of sealant once you get them. Getting good hand protection is always a nightmare. These are an upgrade over what I had prior, so that helps. If you're on the fence, these are worth getting. If you can shell out for something more expensive, that has more reviews, then consider that.

先ず第一に、錆止めの為かもしれませんが、油ビタビタで適当な封のされていない梱包から油が漏れ出ていました。商品は、傷だらけで革手袋部分に穴空き、溶接ミスもそのままという中古品レベルでとても残念。良い点は、海外発送でしたが1週間ほどで受け取ることが出来たことくらいです。

Gloves came with one metal piece missing and a couple more damaged. We fixed those and as soon as we did, another broke.
