Portion size is GREAT for just one person!
I really liked the Trailtopia Freeze dried Chicken AND the Freeze Dried Beef. I know the description says "diced" and they really mean diced - it's small pieces but very yummy. I added it to the Nutrient Survival Southwest Medley along with some Harmony House Freezedried veggies and it was an absolutely MARVELOUS meal! I will be purchasing more of these items from Trailtopia - I also loved their Cheesecake dessert as well! I recommend this product especially for backpacking - lightweight sparse equipment car camping. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did - I will be adding this to lasagnas, soups, etc., that come from Trailtopia as well as other brands.
