I rated this 5 stars because I value the free sharing of all perspectives regardless of which opinions are and are not in vogue at any particular time and place. There will be many vociferous attacks on this work and many ardent defenders. The key thing to do is to think about the ideas, the extensive documentation, and the corruption that we all know that sometimes takes place at the intersection of government, business interests, and the politics and business of personal advancement. This theme in this book is probably a more important takeaway than whether or not one can follow the nuances of the biochemistry and biomedical research methods and developments in modern virology.We have all been witnesses to about faces in the media from government and public figures speaking about medical developments and public health interventions, from the debacle of the swine flu vaccination campaign of the 1970s, which I and some middle aged and older readers personally remember, to so many things associated with HIV disease, to this new and seemingly ever present pandemic that we currently find ourselves mired in. I don’t buy into the silencing of voices because too many people will read and believe the wrong thing and lead them to make bad personal medical choices for themselves and others. Silencing voices instead just pushes them into alternative outlets and in many respects makes them more urgent and stronger.This book should be read by persons who believe in and support the information and ideas contained within, as well as those who do not. How else can we gain a balanced discussion about such important issues? Bring everything into the light and discuss and analyze it openly and fairly, and credit or discredit accordingly.This book is also about the personal journeys of the authors as much as public exposure of the agendas and often petty machinations of a few persons in very powerful positions. The authors detail their personal experiences in context with their research, their claims, personal and public responses to that, and some brief vignettes about how they were personally confronted by the public and law enforcement at the time. The scientific aspects of this book are extensively documented and intriguing.Whether you agree or disagree with the material presented here, I recommend being informed about this part of the spectrum of public health discussion and being able to respond rationally to these ideas.

Frank Ruscetti has been one of the most prominent figures in the field of retroviruses for decades and is a man of impeccable moral integrity. When he talks about the corruption he has witnessed in the biomedical sciences, and especially at NIH, everyone should listen. This corruption harms all of us - and most of all harms the search for truth.

This book couldn't have arrive at a better time!!! Exposing the corruption within our tax funded government agency's... The corruption within our medical institutions... The Greed in the name of power, control and money is seriously GROSS! The lack of ethics, or taking responsibility for poor decision making, mistakes... Bravo to the writers, the contributors and all who stood up to tell the truth, exposing those who should seriously be LOCKED away, tossing the key into the abyss!!!

I deleted my comments because I don't feel we have freedom of speech anymore unless you go along with the narrative. Anyways just wanted to point out there was a liberal bias in the first half of the book and that Fauci and the rest of the Unelected Health Leaders in power are the biggest liars. Judy is cool sorry I was too bummed out reading this book that I stopped. Just remember they're gonna jab everyone forever.

You would think if anywhere there was honesty and people devoted to what they do, it would most likely be people of medical research. Not so. Being the medical field for 40+ years I've seen the lack of integrity too many times to count. This a wonderful book that is straight forward and "tell it like it is". Frank and Judy both have the moxie to come forward with the truth.

Everlasting gratitude for this stalwart Dr Mikovitz. She has brought the shining light onto the disgusting banishing of cures and treatment by stingy, greedy pharmaceutical companies and the federal government monopolies that regulate it all. From tainted animal based vaccines given to babies, to rampant abuse of scientists that tell the truth, this book will open your eyes at how extensively we are deceived by the very people who are there to protect our health.

For those that seek the truth reading this book will arm you with just that. Much of the content is simply mind blowing. I would also strongly recommend reading (Willis, Mikki "Plandemic: Fear Is the Virus. Truth Is the Cure.") as a companion read which Amazon were 'unable to source'. Hilarious or what? You will find this amazing book to buy online with the 'Book Depository'.

Dr. Mykovits is a modern day saint/whistleblower. She has an extraordinary ability to take complex scientific research and word it such that I dolt such as I can comprehend. Through her prose, a warm, loving, compassionate, smart, feisty woman/scientist appears. All she asks for is that the FDA, CDC, big pharma strengthen safe guards around vaccines; to allow for honest and transparent scientific research to be done in areas of vaccine side side effects, and the possible causes of ALS, PD, CFS and ASD, After you read this read the next two in the Series are a must.

Bought it to have a piece of real history of the mess taht Fauci and Gates created with Soros. The writers deserve all the credit plus a Nobel Prize.

Book well delivered that details factual data about viral contaminants as well as the outright demonisation of trustworthy researchers. Thank you for your courage
