Three wheel shopping cart
I love this cart because it is easy to put on the public transportation (bus) and travel up and down stairs, it gives more space for groceries with the extra space & it is just the right seize to push & fold. I use it regularly for all my shopping needs and it does not break easily. I would definitely recommend it .

Easily handled
I ove this cart it's very handy. If I had any complaint it's that it doesn't maneuver as well as I'd like but I usually work it out.

Very sturdy and adaptable.
This is a great item. I gave it 4of 5 stars because after I had broken down the carton and assembled it, I noticed the axle for the front wheels was slightly bent on one end. It made the unit slightly uneven but did not affect its performance. Large capacity and it goes up and down stairs like a champ.

Helping Hand FQ39909 Stair Climb
Use with wheelchair scooter. Put 2 screws in foot board to keep secure when shopping. Holds enough for a small shopping day. Need to watch weight if pulling up a step. It holds but can you.

Ease in climbing the stairs with a full or near full capacity load
I dislike it doesn’t have swivel front wheels it makes is difficult to maneuver when carrier is loaded and I need to get it into position to pull up the stairs. Without that ability it can’t be maneuvered when heavily loaded to advertised capacity. But so far it’s more a minor annoyance that big flaw preventing me from using it. I also learned you must be very strong to pull up a capacity load. So now I make several trips rather than one fully loaded to capacity trip. It’s a good alternative to carrying heavy grocery bags I just asked them to be packed lighter so I don’t have a super heavy load. I like design. Otherwise. The mechanism to keep it collapsed isn’t strong enough to keep it from opening when not in use which another problem I’ve had.

Shopping cart
A life saver! Has extra front department. So excited over it's easy stair use, I made an inside bag for my purchases to be private. Get one, you won't regret it!

The handle is too short and needs to be 12” longer for seniors to use properly.
When climbing stairs the handle need to be 12” longer if you are trying to pull the cart up behind you. I added the 12” length which makes the cart usable without an issue.

Great at climbing stairs, but nothing else.
Originally got this because I live in a NYC walk-up. However, there's a lot to be desired with this cart. The front wheels are very small, and the cart gets stuck on the smallest sidewalk bumps. I've nearly fallen over this cart at least a dozen times in the short time I've had it (and I've got multiple cuts on my legs as a result). The front wheels are not free-moving, so the cart can only easily go forward and backwards. The back wheels (the stair climbing wheels) are too long, so when going DOWN stairs, there's not a lot of forward momentum, meaning you really need to push from behind and at an angle just to go down the stairs. To make any basic turns, you either need to tilt the entire cart, so the weight is completely on the back wheels, or you'll basically be scraping all wheels as you make a turn. Even when balanced on the back wheels, these are not designed to pivot in any way.The cart handle is simply too low for me (6 feet tall), and I have to either walk alongside it, or hunch down to get my hands on it enough to walk at a quick pace. All in all, I'm extremely disappointed in this cart. I gave it a month to see if I could get used to it, but I am so over stumbling over the smallest of height differences in the sidewalk pavement.
