It seems to take a long time for delivery

Keeps mouth refreshed and clean.
Product recommended by speech therapist along with other products to keep mouth sanitary. The mint is very strong even though it says “light.” I dilute it with water and rinse mouth.

Get the smallest bottle you can.
If you have any problems with a hypersensitive mouth, this may still be too spicy. I have Burning Tongue Syndrome and one rinse with this was one too many.
