My First COLORS Padded Board Book

I bought this for my 20 month old grandson. When you ask him what color anything is he says "yehhhyooo" (yellow). I thought this might help him learn his colors. He liked the book and would repeat the colors we said "red", "blue", and he started to pick up on the colors, but still likes to say "yehhhyooo" the most, LOL! The book is a nice sized board book (6" x 6" approx). The cover is padded/thicker. They have the colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, white, black, and rainbow. The pictures are clear and mostly recognizable items, and he likes to tell us what the item is in each picture, "apple" and we repeat back "red apple". I highly recommend this cute and educational book! (attaching pics of a few pages in the book, cover and back)

Beautiful book and perfect for 1-3 year olds! Gives real examples of things that are that color, it’s perfect for not only teaching colors but asking your LO to point out specific items on the page. Very visually appealing to all.

This book is so pretty. Im impressed with the quality. The size is perfect for my 16 month toddler, not too big not too small. Love it! Best baby book I bought from amazon yet.

My youngest will be two at the end of June and he is very much into books right now. This one is perfect. Not easily ripped and colors are vibrant.

The book overall is great, however my only concern was that it included the pride flag under rainbow colors. I don’t mind that stuff as an adult, but I don’t feel that should be enforced on children books, especially those intended for infants and toddlers.

this is a great book for a toddler's color recognition. they are common items used as examples that they can identify as well. very silly for other people to get mad at a rainbow flag.

Everything about this book is wonderful and a perfect learning tool.. until you get to black and there is a picture of a giant tarantula. I'm a severe arachniphobic.. yall couldn't have picked something else?!!! Not ok.
