It has less sugar than regular FrescAvena which is healthier than other beverages.
I would preffer to buy it packed in containers, the same way as oatmeal is packed. I think the freshness would last longer. Recaping is easier. I like texture and flavor. Gives life to snacks and other dishes!Thanksnancy morillo
