Bought this for the van as the steering wheel seemed very slippery and difficult to turn, toyed with getting a steering wheel knob but stumbled across this and so glad I did, plenty of grip from the alcantara finish and the whole feel looks quality, offering it up to the steering wheel I thought there's no chance I'm getting that on there, starting at the top middle where the seam is it's just like putting a bike tyre on a wheel but without the spoons, it's tight granted and when you get so far down say the bottom third(4 and 8 on the clock position) you then have to uncurl the cover and fold it over the wheel and it will go, once on you can twist to straighten but be warned you won't turn it once on so make sure the seam stays in the middle at the top

Have left it a couple of mo months to write this as i wanted to see what it was like in the real world. Never been a fan of steering wheel covers but have to say this one is spot on. No slipping or anything just grip and comfort.Only thing i would say is if you have a D-shaped steering wheel, the instructions on installation are useless. I found it so much easier to start at the bottom of the wheel on the flat part and work to the top

I love the feel of a suede/alcantara steering wheel and my old old suede one has been looking scruffy for a while so it was time for a replacement.This TCOI cover is excellent. It's really solid quality - not much cushioning, just really heavy, durable material and a lovely feel to the suede. There are flat spots moulded into the backing at the 10 and 2 o'clock positions at the rear of the cover which give pleasing grip for the hands. It was easy to install, and the fit is very tight and secure - it feels like it's part of the steering wheel, not just a cover.I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of these again. A very affordable way to transform the feel of your drive.
