Mr. Clean 446269 Magic Eraser Extra Power Mop Refill (2 Pack)

I did not realize there were two different mop heads. The ones I ordered have a red screw and don't fit my blue handle. Now I can't use the mop --the screws and cap won't fit my handle with the blue trim.

Review date, 2-19-2021, Revision A:If you have a common, but very old, all metal sponge type mop (usually has green scrubby on one end), this refill will fit it. I cant find any sold here on Amazon, that fits my mop otherwise. My mop uses two slits, one on each end, that holds the sponge (screw studs provided, are not needed for this use).I think I fond, the correct one (new-old-stock) for this mop, that I have on ebayLibman Scrubster Mop Head Refill Sponge with Scrubber Strip #00105Good luck...

This is a great product, but there is a lot of scrubbing needed and constant rinsing. It pains my back but it's worth doing occasionally when normal mopping doesn't clean the grout. The store where I bought the original mop didn't sell the refills. I'm so glad I found refills here.

I love how clean the Magic Eraser mop gets my floors, walls, shower - everything I use it on. The biggest issues is the installation of the refill. The easiest wat to remove the old mop head is to unscrew the blue or red knob that it is attached to. I didn’t realize that. Once I got the mop head off, I saw that the knob would come off too. So I removed it and put them on the new mop head. Easy peasy.

as others stated, the mop replacement head came with different (red) caps that did not screw on properly. i managed to screw the blue one a little bit back on but it barely held on and one kept falling off. the screw is not long, it doesn't come far enough through the hole to attach securely. it was past the return window so i couldn't return. i did my best but i won't be buying this particular "universal" item again. *rolls eyes*

I have an old house with an aged linoleum kitchen floor. The high traffic areas have worn through the shine, so dirt is trapped easier and regular cleaning products don't remove the dull. Magic erasers make quick work and brighten the floors even thought they are well past their useful life...yes a resurfacing is in the near future.

This mop is great for removing ground in dirt. It is extremely difficult to use on my non skid vinyl flooring. It is less effective than using the individual Magic Eraser sponges but more durable and you use it standing up. I am very disappointed in the mop. I will keep it to use in the occasional hard to clean areas. No way will I use it to mop the whole floor even on my easier vinyl surfaces.

These Mr. Clean mop refills are stupid expensive.They clean but could be a little sturdier. I wouldn’t buy them but my dogs drool is like paste and hard to clean off the floor, these Mr. Clean mop refills do help remove the paste
