measures 6" x 8" as advertised, but it is too short for a rectangular DVD case
In my opinion, I don't feel that these should be listed for use with DVD cases. You have to start heating from the open end, or it will not cover the end of the DVD case. Even if you start at the open end, it may not get the corners. The sleeve needs to be about 1/2" longer to do a better job covering the end of a DVD case. You need to purchase a sleeve that is at least 6"x9" to effectively cover the end, or have enough to seam seal.On a positive note, it does shrink clear and strong.
