Nice but a luxury.
Very nice but overpriced, even though I know the cost of Coco has gone up just for a cup of hot chocolate, even having even having the equipment. The chocolate does not dissolve that easily always a small amount in the bottom.

Not fit for purpose
I’ve been buying this for the last couple of years and it’s usually the best quality chocolate I’ve found. Sadly, this time the quality is poor and it’s unusable in the Velvetiser that it’s designed for. The chocolate has clearly melted, then stuck together and solidified. Every packet is the same. Yes I could eat it as chocolate, but that’s not why I buy this and it’s expensive to use just for eating. It’s a luxury item for me and I’m disappointed by the fact that it can’t be returned so that better storage and quality control practices can be implemented.
