Great device for the price. Touchscreen and finger print access, along with continuous Alexa access, all great conveniences. The speed and storage capacity are also nice. Most won’t need much storage with the advent of cloud storage options. Battery life is also great. It lasts for days on a single charge if it is in sleep mode.

Fast. Very nice quality. Good pricing. Yoga line is very nice.

Computer is great I haven’t used windows since 2000 so I had to get up to date on all the changes and settings and updates can be an issue if you download them when they first come out better to wait a wile

Do NOT buy this product or do business with this seller -- Super Dealsea Online Store. I bought this computer in December and 6 months later it entirely stopped working. It took me weeks of many attempts before the seller gave instructions of how to send it back for repairs. They promised I would have it back in 7-10 business days. A month later -- and only after pressure from Amazon -- the computer finally arrived damaged and wiped clean of data. It only worked for a couple of weeks before going dead again. It is the end of Nov. and after 6 months of back and forth with the seller and with Amazon I still have no resolution. It has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon -- or with any other purchase.

Unfortunately, this machine has been troublesome. For several weeks the screen went dead, although an external screen worked. The online service couldn't help so I was about to send it in when it started going again. Then it went dead altogether and I sent it in. Then one of the usb ports went out. I had purchased a service plan, so it was still covered. When I called for repair they said they had no technicians available and would call back. They did call back and said I had to send it in since the service that was supposed to come to your house wouldn't work because they wouldn't have the parts. I sent it in and am waiting. The web site said they got it and were testing it, now it is "in process" and is due back in another ten days. it did come back sooner than they promised, but now the touch screen isn't working. Probably a software issue I can resolve, but annoying. This was better than I had expected. It boots very quickly, I don't miss my Chromebook's quick booting speed Windows 10 works much better than on my older laptop. The screen is colorful and sharp enough. It is not as bright as some, according to the review in Laptop magazine which persuaded me to buy it. but bright enough for anything except bright sunlight. If you want to work outside in bright sun, get one of the others. It is fine for a shaded porch or anywhere indoors. The keys can be hard to read in certain conditions, whether you turn the lighting on or off. The black keys with white letters on my Chromebook are much better for anyone who looks at the keys a lot while typing. Touch typing on this one is good. I do a lot of Zoom meetings and with both of my other computers it kept saying "your internet connection is unstable". But with this computer, I never have a problem despite poor DSL internet. The speakers can be turned up quite loud which is important to me as my hearing is poor. If you turn them up too loud on a Zoom call you may get feedback when you talk, but you can always turn them down. I thought the fingerprint reader was a gimmick, but it is very convenient. It seems very solidly made and doesn't feel heavy even after being used to a 2 pound Chromebook. The WIFI and Bluetooth both have been flawless. I don't use very demanding software except for Zoom which apparently was more demanding that I thought. The trackpad and touch screen both work very well.

The hardware has been causing me tremendous issues since purchase... the ac internet driver keeps stopping randomly, I've tried every fix in the book, and it still keep shutting down... there also is a problem with overheating... since I bought the computer past its warrantee, and I live out of the US, I am not covered for any issues and I am really disappointed... also the brightness is really low

Started having wifi connectivity problems after a few months and can't connect to the internet...turned out that the wifi card is defected. Since I bought the laptop on amazon (just a few months ago), lenovo won't help beacause there's no international warranty. And no support. Don't make my mistake..beware. I Won't buy a laptop from amazon or lenovo again...

Realmente necesitaba la laptop, pero en su lugar me llegó esto. Tengan cuidado, al menos a mí me salió muy mal esta compra.

Muy recomendable. Soy del Estado de México y el envío llego en menos de una semana. Aunque el paquete llego un poco dañado, no le paso nada a la lap. La computadora es nueva y aunque todo vienen en inglés, no hay ningún problema en configurarla al español. La pantalla táctil me permite realizar muchas cosas sin ocupar el teclado. Es muy muy delgada y no pesa, por lo tanto hay que tener mucho cuidado con ella. Llevo casi tres semanas con la laptop y hasta ahora estoy encantada. 100% RECOMENDADA.

Muy buena laptop. Lleva varios meses de uso para estudiante de universidad y es realmente buena en todos los aspectos.
