The media could not be loaded.  Lid is not tight no matter how much you try to twist and turn. Should be spill proof according to description but it's a waste of money. Vaya looks like a good brand and pricing is also expensive but very disappointed. I bought this in October 2021 and it is hardly 4 months that I have used and the magnetic lid has also loosen up because the screw came off.

I bought such an expensive tumbler expecting it to be good quality… well it’s not as expected . Within 2 months of the purchase and usage the vaccum/suction is spoilt and the lid doesn’t even close tight.. very disappointing

Lid broke after one fall from height after 7 days of use...any facility to order only lid.....otherwise bottle is good

Water is leaking through the lid. Not up to the expectation .

Rubbish quality. The lid broke in 3 days. Such an expensive product which I gifted to my sister. It was an embarrassing to receive it back saying the lid was loose when the packet was opened and in 2 day use it came out.

Expensive product . The lid is stopped working in less than 15 days. Warranty is 1 year...what to do? Don't know

The bottle lid quality is very poor and broke quickly with just a single dropping on the floor.
