I supposed this stuff is good.
Why am I taking collagen? I don’t know. I started so long ago that I can’t remember why. I think it’s doing something to help me out. Who knows?

Does Have a Taste/texture
I was hoping this product would be tasteless but it does have a slight taste that changes a cup of coffee or tea and the texture it leaves is like a greasy/sticky feeling in the liquid. The only way to mask this is to blend it up in a smoothie with cocoa powder or matcha, something stronger to hide the flavor. I tried adding it to my acai bowl but it also ruined the acai flavor.

I was told it had no taste but it does, a little bit. Doesn't change the taste, per se, but you can tell there's something more in there than just my cup of tea.
