Make sure to get all the items
The box was damaged, and I didn't receive the last owl with the heart glass dome. I didn't realize until I looked at the picture again and checked what I got. Happy with it regardless, but I expect to have all 5 styles next time.

Cute but hard to assemble
The owls are cute and good quality but the key chains are impossible to attach. There is no clasp to attach it. You have to use needle nose pliers to pry the link apart or be a magician to attach it. Also, all of the Keychains are silver and look odd with the darker owls.

Only 20, not 24. No heart shapes
I got these for making keychains and jewelry. I don't have problems with the quality....but if you say that there will be 24, and you only send 20....well, that isn't right and you certainly don't deserve a 5 star review.

The media could not be loaded. Extremely disappointed that this is my second box and no owls that have the heart shape and 20 owls not 24 has in description. So returning.
