The media could not be loaded.  Nice and interesting "game". My son is still a bit young for this, he is four, for some parts and some reasons. For some others he was quite excited about it. When we read the introduction, we didn't get really his attention, but that was different when we started with the experiments. At the moment we have dome a couple of them, we have still about 9 (there are about 11 experiments). My son was very excited to get involved. I got him involved for some steps of the experiments. For example, creating the frog he could help my husband, he asked my son to fold the paper on some points, because he couldn't really follow the steps one by one on his own. I asked him to sprinkle the grass seeds, pour the water, he enjoyed attaching the monsters to the sticks..The quality is not very good. I must say the little figures that goes in the water started slightly to change their shape (to soak) the day after because of the water. For the frog my husband had to find other images and videos on Google as following the steps suggested in the little booklet the outcome was not what expected.The price, a part from the quality not excellent, it is quite good as it has many activities included and children can spend a lot of time with it.

We were really taken by the scale of this nNatural Science experiment kit.You get a well laid out booklet, with a variety of experiments drawn up to a very high standard in a very educational way. With equipment, diagrams, instructions, well written kid-friendly summary of why you're doing the experiment. Reasons such as:• Acid rain• Ground water pollution• The important of forests• Planting in a draught environment• Water loving plants using the included lotus flower seeds.The guide is hugely engaging, colourful and written in a format that's suited for ages of 6/7 to 12 years old. They make the experiments anything but boring.Our 5 and 11 year old, were delighted with the vast array of things to do. And all for £15.They're very much into experiments so this was a well received STEAM "toy". Especially with a potentially second lockdown.The lotus flower was a particular hit! I was concerned about growing it in the Great British winter months.But I needn't have. Tips and tricks to break the seeds dormancy, have all been included. Together with step by step guidance of planting and caring for the soon to be, well known and hugely revered, lotus flower.All that is needed is dependable on the experiment: such as: water, sticky tape, a smidge of dish soap, vinegar, and potentially, a large container to "bury" the young lotus plant in, once it's large enough. They suggest an aquarium tank - as it's transparent, allowing more light.We don't have a glass tank. The kids are very much convinced about seeing the lotus through to fruition. Literally. My thoughts are: We'll cross that bridge when we come to it...5 stars

This Science 4 You Swamp monsters kit comes with 11 different experiments. It comes with a 36 page instruction booklet but my son did find it a bit difficult to follow. It came with press out monsters, soil, pots, sticks, sand, gravel stones, water lily seeds and grass seed. My son opted to do the grass seed and then watch it grow but once this was completed there wasn't much else to do and he got fairly bored. To do the water lily seeds you need a big container which isn't supplied. The blue container is supplied for the soil/gravel.

Having 4 children all at different schools and with this Covid - 19 going around I have had a lot of company over these past weeks as they have all been self isolating due to the schools being closed - thank god you only need to self isolate for 10 days now !Getting my older ones to actually do school work has been a nightmare so these Science kits have been a life saver, we have had the chance to try so many different ones but this is one of my daughters favourite ones.This is the Swamp monsters kit which is a bargain retail price of just over £10.00 it includes so many experiments at a small price.It contains everything you need to do 11 different experiments apart from the water, the items included are high quality and every part have been thought about 100%.The instructions was so easy to follow, walked you through each process, step by step, actually gave a bit of a back ground and reason for doing each experiment so learning and having fun all in one.Some of the experiments was harder then others so I would say help is needed from a adult, the recommended age is 6 plus which I would say this isn’t the case for all 11 experiments.

Science 4 You SY618886.106 Swamp Monsters.This is my first encounter with the Science4you band of games at activities. I’m happy to report this SWAMP MONSTERS set is absolutely brilliant. The moment you open the box there’s so much to see and touch. The set is full too bursting with 11 different experiments and ALL the needed components are supplied, with the exception of water and a drop of washing up liquid. The user booklet is clearly written and each experiment is clearly detailed with both text and diagrams.This particular set is aimed at ages 6+, and I’m sure any child and parent will have so much fun with this kit.What is another plus point is this isn’t an activity that can be done in half and hour, then forgotten about. You will have at least 11 days of fun, in fact even longer while you wait for your own swamp to grow!Overall for the purchase of £15.00 at time of writing, its worth every penny and more!.
