Even with my age now I still get acne I thought that this may help some and so far so good. The actually bottle is small but it’s just for spots on your face or other areas so you don’t really have to use a lot at one time so it will last for a bit longer. I had a pimple on my face the other night I used the this cream and in the morning it wasn’t as big or as red as it was the first day and after a few days it went away completely which I was happy about. I think I’m going to buy some of this for my son to use too so far I’m happy with it just wish they have a bigger option for it.

Though I am "maturing" I have the bad occasional breakout or pimples . I had cystic acne twice as a younger adult , and have red spots, areas of scarring, and even the most recent pimples once gone will leave their marks.My skin is also sensitive, easily irritated, and to acquire redness.I also have one spot on my jawline where a weird, thick, dark whiskery hair grows ... before plucking it gets red and puffy, painful, and is pimple like, and a few days after plucking it does the same thing. Never ending battle . Some OTC worked well, at first, like BPs, Green Tea oil, and SAs... but I think my skin gets " used to " the other medications after some time, or the medications lend more irritation, and then I prod the area :(I had read the benefits of the ingredients, and I especially like the idea of Spicules that get in , and work their way through the skin, the spot, and most likely my other face products to work in the medication. I have not had any stinging sensations from the Spicules.The Spicules gives me confidence that the cream is working positively.First of all, the cream helped up some clogged areas, without dryness or irritation.I noticed old red spots are lighter.The jaw line spot is more relieved, the puffiness goes down , the redness is not as pronounced.Of course, unless I have that stubborn hair permanently removed, or it stops growing on it`s own, it probably will always "act up" - but I can use the cream to combat the effects it causes my skin, and not have a inflamed pimple looking red spot . I am not likely now to touch and prod that area as it does not bother me so much while using this product.I have not experienced dryness, or flaking. Only a dab is needed, the cream is easily massaged in and absorbed without residue.It does not have a strong scent.I totally recommend this product . I am so happy to have it in my beauty routine .

I really like niacinamide and zinc as ingredients in acne treatment for sensitive skin. This product did not disappoint in the efficacy department, but the only reason I docked one star was that it doesn't dry! It just stays a wet spot on your skin which means it's impossible to sleep with it on without getting it all over your pillow.

I'm always interested in trying new skincare innovations, products and brands. I'm new to TIAM AC but have found South Korean skincare products generally very good quality and effective on my skin. This spot treatment targets troubled skin. Sometimes the products to combat acne are overly drying and subsequently irritate my skin. I found this cream to be effective at drying out my pimple - it halts the growth and over a few days the pimple subsides. It was not harsh. It did not overly dry out my skin or cause any irritation, redness or problems.I have sensitive skin and experienced no sensitivity, irritation or redness with this product.

I ordered this for my daughter, who suffers from acne and has very sensitive skin. Most products that I buy for her burn her face. This spot treatment did not bother her. She has been using it for a few weeks now with the TIAM cream and toner and she loves it. She told me her face is clearing up and her skin feels soft. This product is a great price and I will be ordering all three products for her again once she runs out.

I put other products on my face like toner, serums, and creams so I don’t know if that keeps it from absorbing as well. But I need a acne cream that can do that. I tried passing it off to my teenager, but he didn’t like this either. He doesn’t use anything on his face beside a moisturizer but he had the same problem. This did help out with the pimples a bit, but not enough. A bit on the expensive side too. I wouldn’t order this again.

This comes in a white 1oz tube. Its a white cream that goes on smooth and has a lemony/ tea tree scent to it that fades after 5 minutes.I've been using it twice a day after cleaning my face and it has kept my acne down pretty good.It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin either.I've had issues in the past where acne creams seemed to bleach my towels that i use to dry my face and haven't had any issues with this cream yet.
