Truffle Oil - Alba White Truffle Oil - 3.38oz Bottle

Now, this isnt like your $150 an ounce truffle oil. This is more like your $50 an ounce truffle oil. And that's fine. Its still aromatic, packed with great flavour and elevates your dishes. I would only say for this one, if you dont like mushrooms then I wouldnt buy as this has a strong mushroom scent albeit a fancy expensive mushroom.For those who dont mind that undertone (I think it adds a great flavour profile to the food. You barely taste the mushroom on the food) I would buy this. Its the best bang for the buck.A little goes a long way!

Very good quality truffle oil. Used on pear salad with shaved Parmesan and pine nuts. Amazing!!

I have tried many different truffles oils but this one is the lowest quality I ever had. (out there maybe better or worst, I just don't think this is among the best ones).

not as flavorful as expected and definitely as added perfume, not my favorite but is good enough to use until the bottle is all used up
