This product is amazing! MY FACE HAS BECOME SMOOTHER & MY UNWANTED HAIR IS GOING AWAY! I recommend this for anyone who battles with unwanted hair growth! Pretty soon there wont be any unwanted hair on my face. Pain free! Great investment if your like me and cant always afford to get your hair professional removed. If you have a few mins in your day to spare, spare it for you, it will make you feel a lot better! I know it has me. Get it you wont regret it!

The seller advertises this product as a 3-in-1 laser hair removal/skin rejuvenation tool/acne treatment tool. The pictures show that the item would have three different settings, corresponding with three different lights coming on to show each mode. In reality, this tool is strictly a laser hair removal tool. There is no button or setting to activate the other two modes, and there is no light coming on to indicate it. I posed the question to the seller about the two missing features, and received no response whatsoever. Then, I reported the misleading product listing to Amazon and received no response. At the minimum, the seller should refund 2/3 of the purchase price (since this is not a 3-in-1 tool), and immediately correct the misleading product description.

For the uninitiated, IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light. Wikipeida explains: "Intense pulsed light is a technology used by cosmetic and medical practitioners to perform various skin treatments for aesthetic and therapeutic purposes, including hair removal, photorejuvenation as well as to alleviate dermatologic diseases such as acne." The technology has filtered down for home/consumer use. Usually, the cost of such devices has been over $100, often considerably more. As the market expands, the IPL devices become less expensive, better/improved designs/manufacture and incorporate more features.To be honest, I'm truly amazed at the current $39.90 price for this IPL device. Especially when it is not just a hair removal treatment device, but includes 2 other potent modes. As mentioned in the definition of IPL, besides hair removal, IPL can be used for photorejuvenation and the treatment of skin issues, like acne and age/brown spots.Besides the 3 modes, it has 5 intensity levels. The user guide recommends initial use at level 1, and gradually progress to higher intensities. This way, you can gauge your skin's reaction, and gain familiarity with handling the device. Make sure to wear the protective sunglasses, too. Jeopardizing your eyesight while performing hair removal (or the other modes), is not a smart tradeoff.Access to the modes is via simultaneously pressing the power button and the irradiation button. The power button is located on the bottom/base near the power port; The irradiation button is the large bronze colored button that sits atop the black display area. While on the topic of the 'irradiation button', it allows the user to select the power intensity. The display provides information on mode selected and the 5 levels of intensity.Overall, this is a feature laden IPL device. My advice is to take your time, become familiar with the device, so you'll be confident in handling and performing the treatment. Follow their direction to begin with level 1 intensity. Wear the protective eyewear.This product easily meets expectations. If it was just an IPL hair removal system, the price would still be a fantastic bargain. So, based on the feature set of the IPL device, it's truly an incredible bargain/value. With the quality of design, materials and manufacture this deserves serious consideration if you're interested in a powerful, credible IPL device.

I don’t think this works. Very hard to use. I don’t see any improvement

The media could not be loaded. This is the 3rd IPL machine I have tried. Not that I have exhausted the flashes on previous ones, but I like to try new things. And after comparing features and designs, this is one of my favorite ones (still can't decide the 1st or 2nd option just because of the design).Pros:- Portable- Lightweight and easy to hold- Huge number of flashes (still don't know if it is 999,999 or 500,000, posted a question since description is confusing). My guess, 500,000 is the correct number since the label on the device said 500,000. Either one, is way too many for a single person.- "Fashion" protective glasses. Really usually the glasses included are just meh, these ones have personality.- 3 different modes with no additional tips needed.- It charges almost instantly. I mean, my first IPL from 2 years ago, takes FOREVER, about 15 seconds to charge in between flashes, so of course it takes forever when doing the legs. But this one, as you can see in the video, takes 1 or 2 seconds at the most to be able to flash again. This is for me a deal breaker.- AffordableCons:- Personally, just the design, is not the most appealing one. But nothing really that impacts the functionality.There is one review that says it has misleading information saying this IPL machine only has one mode. Well not really, if you read the instructions, you will see how to switch to the other modes. I should say, it is not intuitive, but they are available in this device. I'll save you the burden, basically you need to turn on the machine, and then press at the same time the power button and the irradiation button (they are the only 2 buttons!) and you can see how it changes to the other 2 modes.Lastly, wait at least 4-6 weeks to start seeing results. DO NOT expect to see less hair in 2 weeks!! Just set the correct expectations and this machine will be a life saver!!
