This is a great product, and a great supplier, I have no problem with anything, I've bought this product three times, once more than I intended. However, I am going to use this forum to air the problem I do have, although I realize this is probably not a proper way to do it but I don't see any other way to do it. I bought this particular pair in late January, obviously in error because I'd bought the same item less than a week earlier. When it arrived, whoever brought it in put it somewhere where it went unnoticed until it was found again two days ago shortly after I returned from overseas. This pair has never been taken out of the box, and I would love to return it for a return but the Amazon website does not have a way to make this case. If it's not possible or I don't hear any response to this comment within a week or two, I guess Goodwill will get a brand new pair of good slippers, which is not a bad thing in itself, but I'd rather get my $33 odd dollars back. Thank you for your attention.

I love the slipper for the price. I did not want to take my leather slippers for a hospital stay. Others had reviewed the slippers were good but order a size larger than normal. It is a good slipper but in my case I order size 14 wide in for example Saucony running shoes. I ordered a size 15 in this slipper, and it was not too large and a 14 would have definitely been too small. Overall, a good product, appears to be well constructed, color is good and by upsizing one size it is an economical product at a good price point. Still rated a 5

Should’ve listened and definitely gone up a size for better fit. Besides that these are great slippers and definitely recommend.

These are very comfortable slippers, but does not have an arch support.

These are nice and soft, including the outer leather-like material. no break-in needed, they felt great right out of the box.I wear a 9 and size 10 was a perfect fit.

They're nice, but you really need to go with a larger size. These were 15, but they didn't seem like it.

These are great house shoes, good looking and very comfortable.

my only issue is that it is not natural leather and so gets hot.looks decent, and you can wear outside.

The slippers arrived on time and fit very well. My feet are now very warm. I ordered one size larger 16 from reading other reviews. I'm glad I did because size 15 would have been to small. The width is good and so far I'm very happy. I'll see how they last but so far so good.

This was a gift for my husband, to replace his previous deer stag ones, that were about 15 years old. They were excellent throughout the years and he hated to give them up, but the time had come. He likes these ones. The fit is good, 10 w. They are well made and he likes the full coverage of the foot and sole.
