Amazing headphones. The noise cancelling feature is a revelation, does a fantastic job and feels natural. I kept forgetting I had them on and would take them off and suddenly hear how noisy everything was around me. The feel of the headphones is very soft, and they're not tight which makes them comfortable, I don't have to worry so much about getting a headache after wearing them for awhile, or having my ears hurt. The actual sound quality is also great. Best headphones I've ever owned so far. As for this particular bundle package, the mic stand is a nice touch and useful, but the extra hard case isn't needed. The headphones already come in a hard case in the package, which is smaller and more compact than the extra case included in this bundle.

These are really nice head phones. I wear a hearing aid in one ear and these work fine. They paired well with my Samsung newer smart tv and my Android phone. Good sound quality. Worth getting good quality head phones.

These are really great. I have a much more expensive, wired headphone amp combo and while not equal, I use these more. Good sound quality over LDAC on android, great battery life, comfortable to wear. Noise cancel is also very good. One complaint is bass can get muddy, I set bass eq to -1 and it sounds more neutral me.

These are very good sounding headphones. The only problem I have is after about an hour they hurt my ears slightly. It's not bad but sometimes it is bad enough I have to remove them for a while before using them again. I wish Sony had incorporate a bit more cushion in the ear piece and possibly made the ear cups a bit larger. I would like to be a product tester for Sony to help in making headphones better as I feel I could do that. The noise cancelling feature is so good I don't hear anything at all going on around me. Sometimes if I cough though it turns off the noise cancelling. This is not a problem though as it suppose to do this if you or someone starts talking. One problem I'm having that is irritating is that when I power on the headphones using my smart TV it will say bluetooth is connected but in reality it is not. To get the bluetooth activated I have to go into my tv sound control and pair the headphones as if I'm doing it for the first time. This is definitely a feature that Sony needs to improve on. All in all I really like the headphones and I use them daily. I tried on a lot of others in stores before going with these Sony WH1000XM4/B Premium Noise Cancelling headphones and for this price point I'm happy with my choice.

Excellent quality in every way sound,noise cancellation and comfort.my wife gets a little frustrated because I can't hear her but I guess you could call that another quality feature!!.

Comfort: maybe the most comfortable headphones I've tried so far (just edging out the Bose QC35ii for most comfortable). The ear cups are roomy for ears that stick out, soft enough to wear for around 4 hours by my experience. I could have worn them longer if I didn't need to go out too. I didn't notice any substantial pressure at the top of my head either. ANC: also the best that I've tried, again edging out my Bose. I appreciated the pass through ability, though I wound up using the hand on the ear cup method instead of the speak pass through option, it got too annoying everytime I did any kind of singing or talking in response to a podcast. These block out all but the higher pitched noises that were intermittent or just too high to block. Sound Quality: perhaps not the best sound I've heard from a high end headphone, but then again, those don't have the ANC and comfort that the Sony's have. Not to say the sound is bad, it's good, just not audiophile good. They have a nice punchy bass, but I felt the mids and highs were not as forward as I like. Overall: these are a worthy successor to the xm3's and are clearly the king of the ANC headphones.

I have bought a WH100XM3 version, and after 45 days the headphone start to present problems to charge. I tried to change the cable, the USB adapter, tried to change from my computer, and the problem persists. I contacted Amazon support, and they gave me my money back, so I bought a WH100XM4 version. Exactly 30 days after receiving my phone, My brand new headphone start to have exactly the same behavior. I already try to do the soft reset, hard reset... the headphone comes over from the death. Every time I have to charge, I need to perform a hard reset before a charge. It looks like a firmware problem, but I already updated the firmware version, and the problem persists. I really like the sound, the noise cancellation, and everything, but it doesn't make sense to do a hard reset every time that I want to recharge the phone. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this product!
