Litehouse Freeze Dried Garlic
Love this product. Quick and easy to use. I use it all the time in my roasted fresh veggies with a little olive oil and tastes like fresh garlic. Love it!!

LOVE THIS STUFF!
Update: 4/28/21I reordered and got the shock of my life! The seller sent these 6 glass bottles in an unpadded plastic bag via USPS. Needless to say - they arrived totally shattered- glass & garlic all over the place when the bag was opened.A $35 mess! I won’t be ordering again.——————————————————————I’ve got a little machine that turns out cute little garlic cubes. But it’s very VERY hard to turn & my hands ache afterwards. I use Lifehouse freeze dried Basil, Italian herbs, & oregano. The freeze dried herbs are the best! And this freeze dried garlic is WONDERFUL! I use it in everything. The flavor is almost as good as fresh garlic and I don’t have to worry about whether my garlic cloves are dried out.

Love this dried garlic
I use Litehouse freeze dried garlic in my turkey loaf and in other cooked items. It is the same as fresh without the hassle and much better than the powder which can be overwhelming. Not good in a sauted dish where you need the texture of garlic. Getting 6 bottles at such a reasonable price was fantastic. Quick delivery. Would definitely order again.

Love love love
I grew up in nor California where tons of garlic is grown so after moving out of the state I realized fresh garlic isn’t as great by the time it gets to me an only lasts a day or two at best so tried this and omg it’s great!!! I use it in everything! So much better than having garlic that goes bad and it’s always on my shelf! Their other herbs are amazing too!!

A time saver
It's not easy to find freeze dried garlic in stores these days and this is the first time I've used this brand. It's still best to use fresh garlic if possible, but this can be a time saver. I haven't tried cooking a meal with this on half and fresh garlic on the other to see if people could taste the difference, and I would suspect that it would be hard to do. If you don't have time to buy or chop garlic, and you don't want to use garlic in a jar as a substitute, this gives you a happy medium. Once you add water, it looks like fresh garlic. It's not exactly like fresh garlic, but it's as close as you are going to get without cutting into a clove. This has the characteristic of garlic that was cut with a sharp knife, while much of what you find in a jar looks chopped but tastes pressed. I've kept freeze dried garlic for years in the past, which makes this perfect even if you plan to use it only on occasion or as a backup when you are out of garlic.

Freeze dried makes a difference
We've recently started keeping dried vegetables on hand to make cooking easier and to occupy less space in the pantry. But this is my first experience with freeze-dried vegetables. It's just as good tasting as fresh garlic in recipes but we save so much time not having to peel and chop cloves. I have even reconstituted it in vinegar for homemade salad dressing. Haven't tried it in a recipe yet that didn't work.
