TUFF BEAR American Wisconsin Ginseng Capsules, 500mg 60 Capsules

I had read that American Ginseng helped to reduce fatigue during and after radiation. I took 3 capsules a day during my 30 breast radiation treatments and I was blessed not to experience the severe fatigue that so many people have. I credit this to the ginseng and to prayers. I'm continuing to take it, now 6 months later. I definitely feel that it gives me more energy.

I've only taken the ginseng for a week but I'm pretty sure it's a much better quality than most ginseng on the market. The only reason that I deducted one star was because it doesn't compare to "real" ginseng root out of the ground, but nothing compares to fresh dried ginseng.

It did not say clearly about expiry date is end of 2018 and if I have known I would have not purchase 6 bottles at once!

I am 58.5 years old, post menopause. I ordered these for the claims of an energy boost. I also take Duavee, a low dose estrogen HRT. After 2 weeks on the Ginseng I experienced a massive post menopausal bleed. I was pretty freaked out, and made an appt. with my Dr. for an ultrasound as this is not a good sign for someone on an HRT! But after doing more research one of the side effects of American Ginseng is postmenopausal bleeding! Who would have thunk it? So, on one hand they are effective...., on the other hand, be careful if you take any other hormones. I will not be taking these anymore until I am off the Duavee.

This is really good American's ginseng which I take for its anti-inflammatory properties and also to give me a boost throughout the day. I live close to a Sprouts and had been getting their brand (which is not bad) but this is more effective. I take three tablets a day. It says you can take three to four.

i am going through radiation for breast cancer and have been taking this product to keep up my energy and clear my chemo fog. It has worked great and I would recommend trying it (once you ask your doc). I take two in the morning and two after lunch.

Seems good so far. It works. I think I could find a product that may give me more energy during the day but for the price, this is good.

Excellent quality productHave been taking it as recommended by the doctor to boost my immune system.No side effects, waiting to see how I feel after a month which is what he recommended. American ginseng is the one the doctor wanted me to take which this is. Happy so far!
