First of all, Anne was great and very patient, answered all of my questions within 24 hrs and usually within 6-7 hours. Really outstanding customer service. On the newer controllers they switched the colors of the throttle and PAS wires, but my wiring diagram did not take this into account, so I spent a day messing with a multimeter trying to figure out why my throttle voltage was stuck at 0v, and the signal to ground was outputting 2.6V instead of a bit over 1v. turns out I was plugging the throttle into the PAS, which actually matches colors with the throttle. Plugged into the black red and green and I was good to go. Another thing to watch out for is that , in order to access teh settings menu you have to double click the button below the power button. There were no instructions provided for this, and I had to contact Anne in order to find out.

Bought in August 2023, I've put more then 1k miles in the fall/winter and it is a very fun kit. It's plenty zippy and has a great top speed. I haven't had any issues with it and the ordering process was smooth. They do contact you to get your options and to verify the motor/tire size and they do a great job at streamlining it. Do make sure to get a battery that can support the wattage that this thing pulls. Although my 80s moped isn't that light it gets it going real quick.

Ive had this full setup for about 2 years. It was a bit of a hastle putting it together but once finished its a beast. Approx 200 mile range with 8000watt hr battery, top speed approx 60 mph. Smooth ride, sturdy, looks awesome too. Just as good as an electric dirtbike, its like having a second vehicle! Highly recommended, its way better than others Ive ridden. Things to note: be very careful to secure the main power wire away from rear brake roter or it will chew into the power cable.

Only a test ride in so far but man it’s nice smooth and very torquey Gona work well for my daily commute to work . Thanks NB power

The NP Power 72 V 5000 W hub motor is very fast and I like the quality of all the components.I have only ridden a few miles but I can tell the Sabvoton controller makes the motor very quiet and smooth. The best part to me was the help of the staff after setup. Many thanks to those who helped me!

In short: no issues Long winded answer about this product and my ebike build: I bought this 19" front and rear wheel with the 3.5T (higher top speed) just over a month ago, and at this point I've got about 550 miles on these wheels, my build is as follows: -Old style steel Enduro frame off eBay (in hindsight would have bought the slightly more expensive frame from these guys next time) -this 3.5T 5000w 19" red motorcycle wheel (matching front wheel) -this companies 72V 32ah battery -200mm cane creek double barrel rear shock -Zoom front fork -varrious other parts such as a buck converter to get 12v for pod lights and other accessories I contacted Anne through email originally then through WhatsApp and actually paid to get expedited shipping which got all my parts to Idaho within a week (fantastic service including all my questions after purchase) installing, for the most part was quite easy except the frame I bought the motor controller did not fit in the mounts it was supposed to fit in (I think due to me not getting the new stealth bomber frame), I ended up fitting in inside the battery compartment, other things to note the setting are already pre programed for your motor so you will not need to worry about that overall pretty much plug and play system I use this to get to work and I Cruse 25 miles at about 50-60mph with a couple stop signs through out for 30 minutes and when I get to work I've got about 15% battery left this motor does get warm with lots of stop and go but my commute I get to work even on 95F degree days and it's only warm, no issues at all with this motor been quite reliable ( top speed for me (200lbs) on flat roads is about 65mph, down a hill I've been over 75mph. Last thing slightly related not not about this product, if you plan on riding more than 20 miles I would suggest getting a larger battery than I got. I will update if I have any issues with this kit.

Excellent High Power ebike kit. I opted for the 72 Volt, 5000 Watt, with 5T windings for torque. Also got the 150 Amp controller just in case I wanted to move up to the 8000 Watt motor later. The 5k is plenty fast with loads of torque. I weigh 230lbs and this thing hauls. 47mph so far which is way fast on a bicycle ;) NB Power is great. Really nice quality and shipping was only 4 days after order. China to Everett in 4 days amazing. Anne is a great rep. She answered all my questions and then some. Everything about this company is great. They also make great batteries. Thank You ;)
