C How To Program 7Th Edition Paperback – January 1, 2015

Exactly as advertised. Book is the same as the one hundred plus book for only a fraction of the cost. The book came wrapped which proves it that it was a new book.The only difference between this version and the more expensive version is that the paper is more like the paper you would get in a paperback book. Thus the book is lighter. No question I would recommend this company.

It’s a reasonably good book. I learned programming from an older version of the same book Back in 1997. I always recommend this book to people who are serious about learning C++.

Although it's the "cheap" version, pages are perfectly readable and easily annotable (not like those ugly and expensive plastified pages of some non-"cheap" books!).

I wrote a review earlier that for some reason did not get posted, so let me try again:So far all of you looking for "C++ How to Program (10th Edition)" be aware that there are two editions: the US/North American edition and the India/International edition. No where on the selling page is that made explicitly clear. If you are like me, who requires the book for a college course, be careful as the two editions differ. They don't have the same exercises, which means you might not be able to do the assigned work if you have the wrong edition.Just before you buy look at the image and price. If the price is around $150 to $200 CAD you are most likely buying the North American edition. If the price is around $50 to $60 CAD then you are most likely buying the International edition. Just be careful and double check before you buy. The books themselves seem to have a very minor difference; if the top left corner of the book has some orange colouring, that is probably the International Edition

Was an edition wiyh out any softeare or any thing

I am actually a long time C++ programmer and Bought this book to learn modern c++ as my school only thought me old C++. The best book with learning wise correct order. Best practices are stressed here. Go for it if you want to be serious C++ programmer but consult your syllabus if it incorporates modern standards or not. Then don't use it for academy, but to learn
