Does this come with the 1.5ah or 3.0ah batteries?

The 2607-22 kits we have in stock come with the 3ah battery

does it include a case

Mine did not and the drill arrived with a bag in a poorly packaged box. When I complained they sent the case separately. Will never deal with them again.

It does not come in the original box, but in the original canvas bag. All components are still in sealed bags. I can send you a picture if you like.
