Not easy
Even after watching the official instructional video and a couple of other unofficial ones from other customers, I found that unless you have a knack for arts & crafts, you will probably have a difficult and annoying time with this set of stickers. First off, I don't want these stickers to come off looking like stickers at first glance. I bought these because they are supposed to look like inlays, not stickers. But I found that the stickers were all just a tad bit too tall for each fret space, and unless I trimmed either the top, bottom, or both ends of each sticker, the top and bottom edges would overlap with the metal frets at a slight incline. After messing up several of the stickers by trying to trim them while they were partially on the fret board, I started trimming them while they were still on the paper backing since I had gotten the hang of how much to trim (not too much and not too little). Second, as other reviewers have mentioned, the adhesive on the stickers themselves is weak compared to the adhesive on the transfer tape. (There was also no need to squeegee them while on the backing paper since they were very stuck to the transfer tape.) I gave up on trying to follow the instructions to apply the stickers and instead removed them carefully from the transfer tape with tweezers and sticking them onto the fret spaces manually.Maybe the precision required for such a dense design is not a great fit for these inlay stickers: some of the company's other designs don't butt up against the frets, so you might not run into the first issue I mentioned. In any case, I will never order another set of stickers from this company again.

Absolutely gorgeous!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Absolutely beautiful! Gave my ukulele a gorgeous facelift. It takes a little bit of time and patience to apply but it is well worth it!I started applying the neck decals from the bottom up on my concert uke and it ended up going into the headstock but I love how it looks. If you don’t want it to go up into the headstock, you can start the application from the top down and you might just lose a small piece of the stem on the very bottom but it will still look great! I also took another inlay sticker that matched (also bought here on Amazon), cut it into three different pieces and decorated the body of my uke with it. (The purple butterfly on the headstock was from that other sticker, not the one that’s in this listing.)

Nice addition
I had gotten a blue flamed Maple Oscar Schmidt Concert Ukulele, when it arrived it was alot darker blue than the picture and seemed just dark and plain, I added these decals and tada! it looks much happier!I had to loosen the strings and fasten them aside to be able to do the decals right. They went on very nicely, if not a bit fiddley.Just be patient and take your time, take a break if you need to and come back to the project and you'll have a happy Ukulele too!

Beautiful! Time will tell for durability. Clear layer peeling after one day.
Fairly easy to apply. For my 8 string Uke, starting from the top, the first 5 or so fit perfect. The rest needed to be trimmed by about a small 1/16th” or so, but that was expected. I ordered another hummingbird to put on the body because I like the look. There seems to be another clear layer over the pattern that started peeling after one day in some spots. Not sure if it’s supposed to come off or stay on there to protect the pattern. We’ll see. The pattern layer is staying on no problem. No joke, they are absolutely beautiful. I just hope they last.

Hard to put on.
Followed the directions, also watched a tutorial on YouTube to be sure I got it right. Still had problems because the sticker wouldn't part from the transfer tape. Ended up with a razor knife and tweezers putting each part on by hand. Additionally, though it was supposed to be correct for a concert uke, the stickers were a little too big for the fret space.

BUY IT!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. It’s so unique and beautiful. I thought it would peel off while I would be playing. It did not so far and it’s staying on wonderfully. Applying wasn’t that hard either. You don’t have to remove all your strings, you can just loosen it and tune it down until it’s lose enough to expose your fretboard.

Beautiful stickers. Difficult application.
Stickers are beautiful, but sizing is off and adhesive is weak making the application process very difficult. For my concert ukulele, most needed to be trimmed and transfer adhesive was stronger than the decals which made the traditional transfer process difficult. Ended up using tweezers to peel from transfer film and manually apply to fret board. Time will tell if the stickers hold up.
