Great shoes for the price!
I thought I'd write a review of these as for whatever reason, there's very little online about them. One or two YouTube videos as not much else, and for whatever reason, I felt motivated to write my very first Amazon review. So here we go:Let me preface by saying that these are my first weightlifting/squat shoes so take the following with that in mind. I debated a long time between these and Adidas Powerlift 3s as they’re roughly in the same league, sort to speak, but I ended up buying these mainly because I knew my size in Reeboks and they were still cheaper/easier to find. A few things that (initially) worried me: 1-the lower heel height vs most other shoes and 2-the slightly “curled upwards” toe box. I’ll come back to that later. I stopped squatting for almost 3 months due to a hip impingement and after working hard on some physio, was looking forward to having some shoes which might help me reach depth once I started squatting again with better form for my body’s anatomical limitations. When I unboxed them, I thought the heel height looked minimal at best. I compared them to the Nanos and the difference really looked tiny. I was a bit disappointed. However, once I started squatting my thoughts changed. I’m suddenly able to go below parallel with relative ease. So combined with some exercises/techniques I’ve been working on for the past few months which my physio gave me, I’m now squatting way better than before (albeit still lighter and slowly building back up). I’ve only had two real squat sessions with them so far (and two T2 front squat sessions) and I must say I wish I’d bought squatting shoes earlier. They really help you feel stable and reach depth better if you have poor ankle (or in my case, hip) mobility. I haven’t done any Oly lifts in them (yet) so can’t comment on that, but I’d imagine they’d be perfect for some CrossFit style workouts where Oly lifts are a big part of the WOD.Fit is true to size if you’ve worn Reebok before. I have Nano 8s in 12.5 (46) that fit perfectly. I bought Nano 9s along with these (both also in 46/12.5), and both fit perfectly. I could have MAYBE gone half a size smaller on these given that a tighter feeling could be better, but I ship to a freight forwarder so don’t have the option of returning them. I like to get my toes spread out, so the sizing was just right. If you have the option of returning them for a different size, I suppose you could experiment ½ size smaller if you like a “tighter” feel. I’m pleased with the size I chose though. So to sum up: if you’re a beginner, fairly advanced intermediate or just looking for your first pair of weightlifting shoes, don’t hesitate. Go ahead and buy these as at this price point, nothing can beat them. If you’re experienced and lifting serious weight already, then you’ll probably be better off with shoes with a higher heel (and higher price point). But then again, you probably weren’t considering these shoes in the first place and aren’t reading this… I think a part of us likes to think we’ll “grow” into expensive shoes that allow for a 300KG back squat or a 220KG C&J, but after some personal reflection I decided that in my case, I didn’t need the more well-known models/brands and that I should focus on building my strength and technique with something a bit less expensive like these Lifter PR IIs instead.A few things to nitpick: I wish the strap was a bit shorter (it’s overly long for most feet, not allowing for a super tight fit/making the number markings for the strap useless) and the toe box was flat instead of having a slight curl like running shoes. However, if I’m being honest, the toe thing hasn’t been an issue at all and the shoe is overall very stable/hard, so maybe it’s just a mental thing making me assume that a weightlifting shoe should be perfectly flat. Overall, a great purchase for the price.

Best All-Around Reebok Lifters since their first versions
UPDATE: 3 months later and I still love using these to lift, squat, and do Crossfit-type workouts! They fit me true to size, meaning, I wear 11.5 for all of my Reeboks, Nano's, lifters, etc. MUST BUY if you loved the first gen Reebok lifters.Absolutely love these lifters! I have been searching for lifters that I can still use during Crossfit workouts, since my generation one Reebok Lifters are worn done to the plastic heels. I've used Innovates, and Reebok Cumming's Lifters, which are both great shoes, but a little too heavy for my Crossfit workouts. These are amazing, I've only used them a couple of times, but they are amazing. They are light weight, flexible, sturdy, and the cushion is great! I didn't even need to "break" them in, day one, used them for a 20min workout and they were flawless. As far as durability, I'll update if I have issues in the long run. I would buy more of these if my wife let me, and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good all around lifter, and a great starter lifter shoe!

Great shoe that will certainly change the way you lift
My first pair of official trainer shoes. Had always resorted to Chuck Taylors. These are quite different. They keep you very grounded and stable, almost to a point where I needed an adjustment period. The shoes are heavy, which I like. They fit perfect and true to size in my opinion as long as your socks aren’t thin. You’re not going to have too much fun jumping and running in these. But squatting, deadlifting, or anything that requires a stable stance, these are perfect. They look GREAT, got the black, but would consider other colors in the future as well. As other reviewers have said, looks even better in person. And I’m sure that’s the case for all the other beautiful color combinations they have! All around an awesome shoe. I don’t have reference to compare to other lifting shoes, but from what I’ve used it’s a drastic improvement. If you’ve been lifting for some time and never made the plunge, go for it.And the price on Amazon was fantastic as well, $60 for a shoe that looks like with last forever is amazing.

A little narrow for me but fits fine and still comfortable
The strap is nice. I just keep the laces tied together and just strap them up. I'm using these as everyday shoes and not lifting shoes. I enjoy the stability they have but I wouldn't do any running in them. Overall a good shoe but I can't comment on any lifting. However I could see how they would do a good job due the the inclining sole and yet still being flat. Also a very good ankle locking support. Very secure feeling.

Upgrade your leg day
These provide a much more stable base than regular gym/running shoes to do back squats, front squats, Bulgarian split squats, and a variety of other lower body lifts. My feet nearly feel glued to the floor while squatting as these provide a very stable base and no lateral movement of the foot allowing me to really drive through my feet to push through a squat. The slightly raised heels also allow me to get into a deeper squat without feeling like my center of gravity will shift backward. I would not recommend these for any type of running, crosstraining, or agility workouts these are purely for lifting. I wouldn't even recommend walking in these shoes. I wear my normal running shoes to the gym and change into these for specific lifts. Overall these are a great lifting shoe especially for the price!

So comfortable
First time using shoes today. I noticed right away that there was space in the toes and they were super comfortable. I tried them today with squats and my lower back felt great, no pain in the knee and they helped me get depth without any pain. I am very happy with this purchase!

Excelentes, estoy feliz
