Works fine, but expensive for something you won’t be using all the time
I just used the ResBett dual battery pack while camping in a tent. I had no problems using it. The first battery still had half a charge after 8 hrs the first night, so i used it the second night to charge phones while powering my cpap with the second one. I did not put them to the test of trying to get 2 nights of sleep from one battery yet. The users manual lists a bunch of different cpaps it is compatible with, but the ResMed Airsense 10 is not listed. I considered returning it thinking it wasn’t going to work with my cpap. I had to watch a youtube video to see which connection pieces to use. There is also a bright power light that stays on while in use which may be disruptive to someone trying to sleep.

Buy this! Fantastic portable power.
I purchased this set two years ago to serve as power for my APAP during our many (20+ yearly) camping trips as for backup power during power outages. Prior to this I had been using a deep cycle marine battery and an inverter. This has the great advantage of being significantly lighter and easy to transport and avoids the current stepdown of the inverter. I use the included adapter to plug directly into the APAP instead of using it's power cord. It's quick and convenient - just make sure you order the set with the proper adapter for your machine. The batteries themselves are universal, but the adapter plug that plugs from battery to machine is machine specific. I plug the batteries (you can use one or both) into the adaptor, then plug the machine end of the plug into the machine. Finally, plug both ends of the cord into each other. This will make sense when you see the plug/adapter set up.I turn off the humidifier, heated tubing and put the APAP into airplane mode when using this set up to conserve battery power and get a solid three nights of power. I then recharge the packs for the next couple of nights. They recharge from 110 mains or with a separate adapter, will recharge via automotive 12v outlet. This has been an utter boon as lifting that marine battery was not getting any easier! These are well worth the price tag, and as a bonus, have a USB port so they can backup power or recharge any USB devices you may have. I have not noticed any battery degradation over the past two years, and last night used them after they had been sitting untouched for five months...they still had a full charge!
