Contains magnesium
These are probably good but not for me. I didn't realise when bought them they had magnesium in, my fault for not checking ingredients. I have issues with magnesium these caused tummy gripes so I had to stop. Shame I had high hopes.

These come in the blister pack, 60 capsules and one to two capsules to be taken daily with water. I have been taking 2 capsules at once. When I ate things which I know normally get me bloated I haven't noticed much difference if I taken the capsules with that particular meal, it worked for me better when taken on empty stomach. I didn't feel as much help with the digestion but what I noticed because they contain chromium I didn't crave sugary stuff as much so I liked them specifically for that.
